We've added one of the world’s most coveted culinary collections to its portfolio: authentic Japanese Wagyu sourced directly from Japan’s prestigious annual auction in Kyoto.
Tommy Hall and Executive Chef Matthew Niessner were among just 16 Americans invited to attend the exclusive event. There, the duo personally selected our exclusive reserve of premium A5 Japanese Wagyu, sourcing exceptional cattle from three distinct prefectures: Yamaguchi, Hokkaido and Kagoshima.

Southern Hospitality Suffused with Japanese Tradition. Join Executive Chef Jonah Bordner for two exceptional dinners merging Hokkaido Eden Wagyu and Lowcountry Seafood. This dinner will showcase some of the world’s rarest Wagyu Beef raised naturally in the snowy mountain region of Japan’s Hokkaido Prefecture. The snowy mountains and vast wilderness allow these award-winning steer to graze freely and stress-free on natural pastures and local feed, producing richly flavored Wagyu with exceptional lean meat.

Braggin' Rights Bash 2026: Yacht Rock Edition
